Terms of Service

These terms apply to danlabs.ai, the internal portal (Spec Agent, Digital Twin, projects), and DanLabs services.

Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service is for invited clients for spec, validation, and project management.

Do not enter confidential information, passwords, secret source code, or sensitive personal data without explicit approval.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach the system, or overload the infrastructure.

All ideas, specs, and information entered by the client remain the client's property.

Work products (specs, documents, prototypes) are transferred to the client per the service agreement.

DanLabs retains rights to its methods, tools, and platform code.

The service uses external AI models. DanLabs is not responsible for those providers' privacy policies.

The client is responsible for not entering information that must not be shared with third parties.

Clients requiring a fully isolated processing environment (Zero Data Retention / Private LLM) may arrange this with us as part of a tailored service plan.

The service does not constitute formal engineering design, engineering approval, or legal advice.

DanLabs is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions based on AI output.

The service is provided as-is during POC/beta.

DanLabs may suspend or terminate portal access at any time, including for terms violations.

On termination, you may request data deletion - hello@danlabs.ai.
